Review the document that ensures ensure that all Team Members compete in a fair and sportsmanlike manner, and that Team Members and Spectators demonstrate appropriate social behavior.

Varsity Application

Each school that wishes to gain Varsity Membership, and play in the Varsity tier must complete this form. Only one submission required per school.

Whitelist Application

For non-Varsity programs - this form is to gain permission for full spectator access for all Matches during the Competition (some restrictions apply).
